Online Submission 

The Outstanding Business Achievement Awards consist of online submissions; materials that must be submitted by the stated deadline for each category. 

Entry Completion

Create your member account.

  • Select the one category you wish to enter, and submit your information according to the specifications for the category.
  • All supporting materials listed are REQUIRED. Any questions/concerns, please contact Nicole Crosby, Chamber of Commerce's Communications and Events Organizer.  (ncrosby@slchamber.ca)
  • Entries will be saved in your member account, and can be edited up until the entry deadline (September 18 at 11:59pm). If you require assistance with submissions, please contact the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce at 519-336-2400 or ncrosby@slchamber.ca.

Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the nominee. Information given on the entry form will be used exactly as submitted for judging and throughout the awards ceremony production, presentation, and recognition in the media. 

Submission Deadline

  • Online submission, including all supporting documentation, must be complete by the stated deadline for each category.
  • Submission deadline is September 18, 2026 at 11:59pm.

Final Notes

  • The OBAA Committee reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice.
  • Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of the OBAA Committee.
  • To be eligible to receive an award, the nominee must be a current member of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce at the time of adjudication.
  • Non-member businesses are encouraged to contact the Chamber to learn more about membership opportunities and eligibility requirements.
  • All entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Judges Process

Outstanding Business Achievement Awards - The Chamber engages judges from outside Lambton County who bring their unbiased and unique perspectives in deciding which entrants deserve top-ranks and coveted awards in each category. Judges will review the submissions and score the work against provided criteria through a private, online system. Online judging will take place from September 25th, 2026, to October 9, 2025.

Judges are solicited from other Chamber of Commerce networks across Canada. Judges are not associated with the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce. 

Awards Night

The Outstanding Business Achievement Awards (OBAAs) Gala will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Four Points By Sheraton 1498 Venetian Blvd. Point Edward, Ontario.
