Eligibility Rules and Guidelines

  • Businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals who operate or work within Sarnia-Lambton are eligible to submit nominations.
  • Both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations are eligible.
  • Previous year's winners are not eligible to win in the same category in the immediately following year.
  • Members of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber staff, current OBAA Committee members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to receive an award.
  • Nominees are not required to be members of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce at the time of nomination; however, to be eligible to receive an award, nominees must be current Chamber members in good standing prior to the final selection of award recipients.
  • Non-member nominees are encouraged to contact the Chamber to learn more about membership requirements and opportunities.
  • There is no fee to submit a nomination or application.
