Description

Recognizing organizations that demonstrate leading health, well-being, safety, and environmental excellence and sustainability.

Requirements

1. Demonstrated exceptional health, safety, and environment (HSE) systems or emergency response planning, outside of the regular expectations of the organization;
2. Demonstrated majority of the organization's employees are active, engaged, and participate in HSE over and above the normal expectations of the organization;
3. The impact must be made in Canada;
4. Demonstrated social responsibility and commitment to Sarnia Lambton;
5. Organizations are eligible. 

Fields

• I, or my organization, is a Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce member in good standing as of the submission date
  A Chamber membership in good standing is required at the submission cut-off date in order to be eligible for this award.
• I work in Lambton County
• My business or organization is in Lambton County
• My organization is "outstanding" in health, safety, and environment (HSE) outside of the regular expectations
• Describe the impact your organization has had on health
• Describe the impact your organization has had on safety
• Describe the impact your organization has had on the environment
• Describe the how the "outstanding" HSE systems or emergency response planning used
• Describe how the majority of your employees are active, engaged, and participate in HSE
• Has the organization had an impact in Canada?
• Describe the impact that your organization has had on Sarnia Lambton

Criteria
